The young man practiced meditation and mindfulness, refined his technique, and developed a harmonious connection between body and mind. Despite setbacks and doubts, his perseverance remained unshakable. Years later, on a clear spring day, he completed his journey. Before the waterfall, with a perfect strike, the young man recognized that perfection resides in the unity of body, mind, and soul – a realization that had shaped his path like the constant flow of the waterfall.
